Yoga Class is Returning to the Community Center!
Yoga will began October 20 at 6:30 pm at The Community Center. Fitness Yoga is a yoga class designed to improve flexibility, spinal mobility, overall physical strength and balance. Each class will include traditional poses as well as core-strengthing and balance-enhancing poses. A 10 - 15 minute "relaxation" or meditation period will conclude each class. Beginners are welcome and encouraged!
Students are encouraged to bring any yoga props they are accustomed to using. Feel free to bring a small blanket to cover up with during relaxation, it's difficult to relax when one is cold.
Please provide your own mat.
