The Center's weight & cardio room has a full complement of free weights and weight machines along with a variety of cardio equipment, with each piece having an individual TV monitor so you can keep up with your favorite show while you are staying fit. We also have a run/walking track that surrounds the weight room and extends into and around our gymnasium for those members wanting a place to run or walk when the weather outside does not allow for that.

Andi Ambur, Fitness Director & Personal Trainer - Andi is a certified Level 1 CrossFit Instructor and is also certified in CrossFit Nutrition. Andi currently does personal training sessions, diet/nutrition consultation and CrossFit classes. If you would like help getting started with a fitness program, she can show you around The Center and get you familiar with the equipment or discuss individual training or group classes.
