The Center's weight & cardio room has a full complement of free weights and weight machines along with a variety of cardio equipment, with each piece having an individual TV monitor so you can keep up with your favorite show while you are staying fit. We also have a run/walking track that surrounds the weight room and extends into and around our gymnasium for those members wanting a place to run or walk when the weather outside does not allow for that.
The Center offers a wide range of fitness classes. Check out our new Winter 2017 Fitness Class Brochure to see what we offer throughout the Summer months, Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
